Update: Still Not Opened, But Online Ordering & Curbside Pickups Available Now To Help You Still Make Art
It's Not Over Yet, But We Have Ways to Still Help
We were planning on re-opening on April 8th, but as you can see, we're still on lockdown. To adapt to the situation, we have been actively working hard to find new ways to serve you during this time.
No-Contact Curbside Pickup Art Supplies- Find our updated order form "Curbside Pickups" and let us know what you need. We will gather your supplies as fast as we can then give you a call to finalize things personally. We can take your payment over the phone, or email you an invoice to pay, and then set up a time for you to pick your order up. This is the best way for us to continue getting you the supplies you need while keeping us all safe. We started with only a few people ordering and now it's become quite popular. We have made many adjustments along the way to our order form so let us know if something is difficult to navigate- we appreciate the feedback.
Coming Soon, Stay tuned... We hope to implement an easier way to schedule your appointments soon. We also plan to start putting more of our items online in the coming weeks. You may see some things shift or change on our website as we work but please use the Curbside Pickups until we announce that our online store is ready to go. This will ensure no orders are lost before it is set up right. Stay tuned.... we will roll more out soon!
If you have a current order for custom framing and are wondering the status- please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call and we will get right back to you. We do have one framer at each location actively working very hard to catch up on all the unfinished orders. Feel free to touch base with us at anytime to check in on yours. We promise they are all safe and will be finished up soon!
If you are Interested In placing a new custom frame order- Unfortunately, we are not quite able to take those but are hoping to soon. In the meantime, we can get you ready made frame kits, hardware, mats, and other DIY framing supplies in the meantime that can be ordered using our Curbside Pickups form as well. We are working on setting up a way to do appointments soon to take new orders for custom framing and will keep you posted as soon as that is available. We know that many of you are excited and ready to bring us your next projects. Feel free to fill out the order form expressing that interest and we will put you on our waiting list for new orders.
Thank you for your patience with us as we learn to adapt and adjust our business to serve you during these strange days. We're working on streamlining this process and look forward to getting through this together someday soon.
Thank you so much for your immense patience and loyal support. The amount of love and support you all have shown us lately is incredible. We truly would not be here without you all! We love you Portland and hope you're doing well during the pandemic.
