How Nudging Oil Paint Opened New Ideas for Artist Neil Cochran

This is the first post in our "Oregon Artists Sharing Tips & Technique" series.  We are so exited for you to meet Neil Cochrane, a queer trans artist who lives in Portland.  He tells us about how his method of doing art, "nudging", opened up new ideas for him.  Without further ado, here is what he told us.
