Often known as the funky, fine art store here in Portland, IBF offers unique services such as trading in your old art supplies and buying used ones. Much of our discounted stock comes from estates and various other closeouts. You can read more about on that at our Buy/Sell/Trade page. IBF also has a large selection of all the general supplies an artist needs. We proudly hunt down all the best bargains we can find and always pass our savings on to our customers. We buy in bulk as much as possible so that we can offer deeper discounts. This also enables us to provide the on hand inventory needed by schools, teachers and other organizations needing large orders.

We have a fully stocked art supply store at the Foster Rd location and always have the regular supplies you need, along with a long list of screaming deals that rotate and change according to stock availability. We also love supporting locally made products, and you can find them highlighted all over the store. We love to research new products and offer special orders on products that we do not normally stock. If we don't have it, we will help you find it!
